This area enjoys a historic 95% annual occupancy rate returning approximately $300,000 gross income per year.

The demand for Just Cabins in this region is high, with enquiry level continuing to increase.

With the demand for cabins in this area, there is ample opportunity for the new owner to grow the business further to maximize the potential returns.

2. KING COUNTRY – Asking Price $701,000 or near offer

The King Country region is from Te Kuiti to Taumarunui and surrounding area and includes a total of 31 cabins and a display cabin returning approximately $138,000 gross income per year.

Similar to the Waitomo region this is a high demand area and enjoys a high occupancy rate.
